2008 Regranting Program

Hinsdale Center for the Arts is pleased to begin its 20th year of regranting funds to support arts programs throughout its western Cook county and DuPage county service region. The "COMMUNITY ARTS ACCESS REGRANTING PROGRAM" is funded by the Illinois Arts Council with matching funds raised by Hinsdale Center for the Arts. As the local arts agency for the western suburbs, HCA grants funds through this program to partner with and assist local area not-for-profit art, educational, and community organizations in their efforts to develop and present arts programs. Free grant-writing workshops and training sessions for the Community Arts Access Regranting Program will be offered on December 12, 2007 and December 14, 2007, the workshops will be held at Hinsdale Center for the Arts in Katherine Legge Memorial Park, 5903 S. County Line Road, Hinsdale, IL. Grant application forms and instructions will be distributed and explained at this workshop. Pre-registration is requested. All potential grant applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.

This year, completed grant applications will be due to HCA on January, 11, 2008 by 5:00 p.m. Grant awards will be announced by January 31, 2008 for program funds that must be expended by December 31, 2008. Interested applicants who cannot attend the workshop may receive the application forms by mail, fax, or download the application here.
