Hinsdale Center for the Arts offers Audio Description
as a free service for visually impaired visitors to the Center.
Audio Description provides accessibility of visual images for people
who are blind or have low vision. It is a narration service
that describes what a sighted person takes for granted. In a visual
arts setting the listener is guided by concise, objective
descriptions of the art on display. Shayne Kennedy, HCA's
Audio Describer will be available during all upcoming HCA Gallery
