Pollock Frolic at the Village Easter Egg Hunt

HCA joined The Community House and the Hinsdale Parks & Recreation Department with an art-making activity for children immediately following the Egg Hunt at 10:30, Saturday, April 7 at Katherine Legge Memorial Park. 180 paint-filed eggs, 3 golden eggs and a lot of art-adventurous kids created this masterpiece!  See what all the mess is about on our Facebook page!

Emerging Artists Showcase Preview Reception

These young emerging artists, with fresh creative talent, are not to be missed. Join us and get a first look at this new and exciting work. These artists have been selected to participate in the 39th Annual Hinsdale Fine Arts Fest on June 9th and 10th in Burlington Park in downtown Hinsdale, an event organized by the Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce.

For 25 years, Hinsdale Center for the Arts has provided talented young artists the opportunity to exhibit their artwork in a professional setting. Teachers from regional high schools select student artwork in all media to enter into the exhibition. Continue reading
